Why Treatment?
When metals and chemical contaminants are released into the environment, they eventually find their way into our drinking water. Public Water Supplies are regulated based upon "allowable" concentrations of metals and chemical pollutants. There are guidelines and standards, but the bottom line is these pollutants are in our water.

Wells and other rural water sources almost always contain minerals of some kind which cause scaling and damage to hot water tanks and appliances. Without water treatment a home could be facing expensive repairs in a few short years.


How Important is good clean water for the body?
Digestion
Water is the major component of gastric juices, pancreatic fluids and saliva. Water is used in the dissolving of nutrients and transports the nutrients through the digestive track.

Circulation
Water aids in the transportation of nutrients and waste products in the blood and lymphatic fluids.

Absorption
Water is used in the transport of nutrients into all the cells in the human body.

Elimination
Water dissolves the wate products in the body's cells and then carries the waste out of the body through the kidneys, intestine, skin and lungs.

Temperature
Water is utilized in the form of perspiration to regulate the body's temperature.

Lubricant
All our joints are lubricated by fluids (mostly water).
